Chat Commands

Summary

The developers (semiwork) left in some chat commands for content creators or players who enjoy taking cinematic shots or experimenting with visuals. This list may expand as more commands are discovered or added.

Chat Command Activation

To use chat commands:

1. Open the chat window (Press T).
2. Type a forward slash (/) followed by the command name.

Forward Slash Commands

• /cinematic — Hides the in-game UI for a cinematic view. While in Cinematic mode, the Numpad can be used to change the lighting.
  • Numpad 7 and Numpad 9 increase or decrease the intensity of the light emanated by players.
  • Numpad 8 and Numpad 2 increase or decrease the distance of the light emanated by players.
  • Numpad 4 and Numpad 6 loop through the hue of lighting; Hold to continuously shift hue.
  • Numpad 0 resets lights to their defaults.
  • This was mentioned by semiwork in the following devlog: "We need your HELP!"
• /greenscreen — Enables a standard greenscreen.
  • Floor surfaces will be displayed green, and a green wall will be placed ahead of the camera.
  • The scroll wheel can be used to adjust the distance the green wall is placed from the camera.
• /bluescreen — Enables a standard bluescreen.
  • This is functionally identical to /greenscreen, the difference being it uses the color blue. This can be helpful when applying chroma key to green objects.
  • Note: This does not function in v0.1.2.
