  • The game entered early access, marking its first public release.
  • Featured a wide variety of enemies, items, valuables, maps, and gimmicks.

v0.1.1 - February 28, 2025[]

  • A fix for some players failing to connect to voice chat was implemented.

v0.1.2 - March 1, 2025[]

  • All lobbies were made to be friends-only to prevent hackers.
    • This was reverted in v.0.2.0 with the release of proper match-making and public lobbies.

v0.2.0 - June 24, 2025[]

  • New content: major Museum update with new rooms, modules, visuals, and dozens of new valuables and items.
  • Gameplay improvements: new upgrades, weapon and enemy balancing, and refined mechanics for movement, grabbing, and combat.
  • New systems: Moon Phases affecting difficulty, Steam integration for player profiles, and improved extraction and charging station mechanics.
  • Quality-of-life enhancements: better visuals, updated UI, expression toggles, audio improvements, and quick microphone mute.
  • Bug fixes and security: resolved issues with items, enemies, weapons, physics, and rare exploits.

  • Introduced The Avant-Garde level.
  • Added Server List, Region Picker, Random Matchmaking, and private lobbies.

  • Updated Battery UI and extraction point warnings.

  • Updated Museum loading graphics (temporary visuals).
  • Improved Server List search for clearer term display.
  • Adjusted valuable item balancing: less value lost when hitting enemies, especially for bigger items.
  • Fixed Server List and matchmaking issues, including full servers, started games, and infinite loading in public lobbies.

  • Renamed The Avant-Garde to Museum of Human Art and added loading screen graphics.

  • Added new items: Cart Cannon and Cart Laser.

  • Fixed a bug limiting total purchasable crystals to six per run.
  • Corrected Tumble Wings upgrade to properly apply its effect to all players, not just the host.

  • Museum updates: added 6 new start rooms, more paintings, banners, graffiti, and several new valuables including Tall Guy, Worm Guy, Cubic Glass Sculpture, Vinyl, Lady Bug, Duck Man, Cube Ball, Cocktail, and Tray.
  • Added new gameplay settings and features: invert vertical aim, toggle expressions by default, and quick microphone mute with “B”.
  • New items: Phase Bridge and Photon Blaster improvements; several valuables now behave more intuitively (e.g., Milk, Egg, Ice Saw).
  • Balancing changes: adjustments to melee, Tumble Wings, Crouch Rest, and various valuable items for smoother gameplay.
  • Quality-of-life improvements: map audio adjustments, battery visuals matching items, graffiti and paintings updated for readability, and improved drone targeting.
  • Bug fixes: fixes for weapons, enemies, museum outlines, extraction points, valuables, physics interactions, shop messages, and several security patches.

v0.1.2.46_beta - June 14, 2025[]

  • New systems and features: introduced Moon Phases (shifting every 5 levels with difficulty and Overcharge effects) and expanded Steam integration (view player profiles, track recently played with).
  • Museum updates: added 14 new level modules, new music, updated ambience, and additional graffiti, banners, and paintings.
  • New Museum valuables: Pimple Guy and Teeth Bot; Monkey Box now includes voice lines.
  • Gameplay changes: adjustments to Crouch Rest, Tumble Wings, grabber rotation, Phase Bridge, and enemy behaviors.
  • Balancing improvements: difficulty scaling past level 10, better late-game viability for crystals, enemy and valuable adjustments, and tweaks to Overcharge.

  • Museum updates: several modules now guarded by security lasers, and fire added to the Semibot Money Head art piece.
  • Gameplay changes: Phase Bridge improvements, updated sounds for valuables, guns, and environments; moon graphics now match real lunar phases.
  • Balancing: adjustments to enemy count, respawn times, moon phase effects, weapons (Boltzap, Prodzap, Shotgun), and crystal/charging station mechanics.
  • Bug fixes: C.A.R.T. weapon issues, moon phase resets, enemy and extraction point fixes, audio and visual improvements, and various item and physics corrections.

  • Museum lasers updated: now deactivate only when out of range and have reduced volume.
  • Weapon and item balancing: adjusted gun knockback/stun, Boltzap and Prodzap stun durations, Tranq Gun stun, and valuable/extraction tracker costs. Valuable Egg durability increased.
  • Bug fixes: Phase Bridge rendering, battery display, colliders on several valuables, invisible lasers during spectating, and extraction goal scaling between levels 11–19.

  • Extraction and environment updates: extraction point warnings aligned with hitboxes; Phase Bridge and museum lasers improved.
  • Weapon and item balancing: adjustments to Pulse Pistol, Prodzap, Cart Cannon, Cart Laser, Photon Blaster, Shotgun, Boltzap, grenades, Tranq Gun, Tumble Wings, and Zero Gravity Orb. Melee weapons now safer for multiple players.
  • Enemy balancing: Enemy Orbs damage reduced on Super Moon, radius increased.
  • Bug fixes: museum lasers, strength scaling, Phase Bridge placement, C.A.R.T. movement on stairs, player hiding on rugs, and rare enemy spawn issues.

  • New features: added 10 new enemies, Death Head Possession, 2 new upgrades, valuables added to all current locations, 2 rooms added to Headman Manor and 1 room added to Swiftbroom Academy, more taxman messages, steam rich presence, discord rich presence, a new setting Item Unequip Auto Hold to toggle auto grab for unequipped items, naming of saves, and a Restore from Backup button to recover from corrupt saves.
  • Changes: All levels have unique valuables, new Main Menu music, new ambient sounds, players are now immune during intro outro animation, crouch rest now triggers when in tumble state and stationary, truck displays remaining extractions instead of money left when leaving early, truck healer now activates after final extraction finishes, non-lethal water appears less radioactive, Headman Manor has windows curtains and new flooring, updated car model in shop, overcharge bar now appears more fully charged before impact, save file size reduced when player count is high.
  • Balancing: Shadow Child deals more damage and yanks players harder, Phase Bridge now remains were released, suspended in mid air, and auto-aligns for easier walking, Torque Drone and Zero Gravity Drone have lowered battery drain penalty when drones are attached to enemies
  • Fixes: Fixed rare spots where players could get suck, fixed bug where revived players could fall through level, fixed grabbed item movement degrading after 90 strength, fixed rare bug causing enemies to spin endlessly after being grabbed my multiple players, Fixed rare spots where enemies could get stuck and couldn't jump, Improved jump logic to reduce accidental jumps into pits, Fixed bug where Bowtie's yelling particles lingered after death, Fixed bug where players could be hurt by the Chef through walls, Fixed bug where Peeper forced grab release ended sooner than intended, Fixed bug where disconnecting while holding C.A.R.T. prevented it from resetting, Fixed being able to steer whilst inside it, C.A.R.T.
